"After being told I could get my tires mounted same day over the phone I went in and got a different answer. They only had one tech on and she couldn’t leave her area. So I would need to pick them up the next day. Ok that’s fine. Asked if they could use balance beads as that’s what was in them now. She said yea no problem. Picked them up the next day and the rims had a bunch of external weights on them. Was told then that they don’t use balance beads.
Don’t say you can if you cant. Won’t be mounting tires there again."
